EPOXY COATED TANK – ELECTROSTACTIC SPRAY
Epoxy-coated tanks consist of epoxy-coated sheets. A uniform layer of powdered plastic is electrostatically applied to the metal surface (sheet metal). The sheets are then placed in a special furnace where they are heated at a temperature of 150-200 ° C, depending on the nature of the treatment. After heating and final cooling, they are ready for dispatch and subsequent assembly.
The tank shell consists of sheets connected by screw joints and sealed with permanently elastic sealant.
The tank accessories intended for the tank use are inspection entries, ladders, platforms, stairs, auxiliary and technological constructions, piping, agitators, pumps, thermal insulation, grounding, etc. The tank is covered with a roof. The tanks are dimensioned in accordance with Iternation Design Practice: ISO 28765, EN 1990, 1991 and AWWA D103.
